- The yard has successfully dry-docked carried out repair on virtually all NN ships including

IPCsTug boats, FAC (ms, MK 9 corvettes, LTS and Frigates). It has also effectively handled

many big/small merchant vessels.

- Numerous motors, transformer and alternators have been re-wound for reputable

companies and individuals

- Simple and complicated parts have been fabricated and heat-treated.

- NN communication, navigation and electronic equipment have been repaired and serviced.

- Services, repair and overhauling of diesel engines, pumps, gearboxes, heat exchangers,

ejectors etc have been successfully undertaken.

- Propeller repair and polishing and shaft repairs have been carried out

- Numerous cropping, replating and general welding works have been undertaken. 

The Nigerian Naval Dockyard remains the only all-integrated dockyard in Africa

where all these facilities are put together under one umbrella.
